Detailed Product Description

Eagle Brand PS plate bears proper grain size, well anti-abrasion anodizer layer, good hydrophilic layer and clean background. High sensitive emulsion which evenly coats on the substrate combined with vacuum assist layer ensures flexible plate making, full screen dots and good re-production, which will provide you with perfect printing work.

Plate copying condition:

3000W iodine-gallium lamp

Distance light & plate: 1 meter

Exposure time:45-60S

Processing instruction:

Plate copying: Take the above conditions as reference of plate-copying time and conditions. The plate-copying time changes with plate-copying conditions.

Copying-down standard: Please use UGRA step-wedge to control it within rank 2-3.

Development: Put one bag(500g) of our developer powder into 5litre warm water, and make it into concentrated solution.When you use the concentrated solution, you may dilute it into water by 1:5. Thus you may get perfect developer solution.

Development temperature :23±2

Development time :20-30 seconds

Remark:

Dissolve concentrated solution completely with warm water.
